Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sophisticated machine learning models and statistical analyses to solve complex business problems.
• Lead a team of data scientists, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and project management oversight.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and translate them into data science projects.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, and champion their adoption.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
• 7+ years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
• Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning), and experimental design.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
