About the Role
Our client is seeking an accomplished Lead Data Scientist to spearhead their data analytics initiatives in Coventry . You will be responsible for leveraging advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights from complex datasets, driving strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions.

- Mentor and manage a team of data scientists, fostering collaboration and professional development.

Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in data science, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R, and proficiency with data science libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and mentoring technical teams.
