You will be instrumental in developing sophisticated predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and analytical solutions that address complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms .
- Mentor and guide a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to integrate data science solutions into production environments.
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and advocate for their adoption.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
- Proven experience leading data science projects, with a strong track record of delivering impactful results.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R, and proficiency with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Deep understanding of data modeling , statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
