About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a remote team of digital artists, providing artistic direction and constructive feedback.
• Develop and implement style guides and visual benchmarks for all digital art projects.
• Create high-quality 2D and 3D assets, including characters, environments, and UI elements, meeting project specifications.
• Collaborate closely with game designers, animators, and other team members to integrate art seamlessly into the final product.
• Manage asset pipelines and ensure efficient workflow for remote art production.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Digital Artist , with a significant portion in a lead or senior role.
• Demonstrated mastery of industry-standard digital art software, including 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering packages.
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional artistic talent, creativity, and technical proficiency across various styles.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a remote art team, fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality output.
• Excellent understanding of art principles, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with game development pipelines and asset integration is highly desirable for this role.
