Lead Digital Hardware Engineer — Rail Signaling & FPGA

Alstom in Hatfield is seeking a lead digital hardware engineer to design and develop control centre hardware and firmware for railway signaling systems. You will mentor the team, manage obsolescence projects, and support hardware configurations and PLM migrations.

You will work with software, supply chain and component engineering to improve requirements capture, testing and documentation, ensuring robust product delivery across platforms.
