About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Lead Digital Marketing Specialist to head their marketing efforts in Birmingham . You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This is a leadership role where you will manage a small team, set campaign objectives, analyze performance, and continuously optimize strategies to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and skill development.
• Set clear KPIs and objectives for all digital campaigns and track performance against these metrics.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content and manage advertising budgets effectively.

Requirements

• Proven track record of at least 6 years in digital marketing, with demonstrable success in leading campaigns.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads), social media marketing , and email automation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Experience in managing marketing budgets and reporting on ROI.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, ideally with experience in Birmingham or the West Midlands region.
