As our new Lead Digital Trading Analyst, youll have a major impact on helping us achieve our performance goals. Youll bring commercial acumen along with a strong understanding of Digital data and a track record of providing , interpreting the results and communicating actionable insights to stakeholders. Youll be responsible for delivering analysis and insights to stakeholders to drive business decisions across both the andJet2holidays brands.

What youll be doing:

• Youll lead key deliverables from theTrading Insight Pod, engagingwith stakeholders to understand trading priorities and drivecross team collaboration to deliver actionableinsights.
• Youll work with the relevant data teams (Customer data, Revenue& Data Scienceamongst others) to identify opportunities and drive performance.
• Youll guide and developthe use of different datasets, identifying opportunities to further the business understanding of user behaviour, as well as evaluation of past performance and competitor analysis.
• You'll lead a team of Digital Analysts in delivering projects, supporting & developing individuals in the process.

What youll have:

• Youll be able to deliver detailed analysis to senior stakeholders.
• Youll be an experienced user of Digital data, able to interpret & visualise data to tell a story.
• Youll have experience driving collaboration,motivating others to deliver to a high standard
• Youll have experience mentoring junior colleagues.
