Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive drilling plans , programs, and cost estimates for exploration and development wells.
• Oversee the execution of drilling operations, ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for drilling-related challenges.
• Manage relationships with drilling contractors, service providers, and equipment vendors.
• Conduct post-drilling analysis, lessons learned, and implement improvements for future operations.
• Supervise and mentor junior drilling engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in drilling engineering , with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
• In-depth knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment, well control principles, and directional drilling .
• Experience with rig site operations and supervision.
• Proficiency in drilling simulation and planning software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, adapted for remote collaboration.
