Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive drilling programs and well plans.
• Supervise drilling operations on-site and provide remote technical support.
• Manage drilling budgets, equipment procurement, and contractor relationships.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for drilling hazards.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of drilling engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in drilling engineering, with significant exposure to complex well operations.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing drilling projects and teams.
• In-depth knowledge of drilling fluid systems , cementing, directional drilling, and well control.
• Proficiency with drilling simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
