Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of complex drilling campaigns, ensuring safety and efficiency targets are met.

• Oversee the selection and procurement of drilling equipment and services.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for all drilling operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a closely related engineering field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in drilling engineering and operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex drilling projects.
• Expertise in well planning, casing design, cementing, fluids, and directional drilling.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, essential for remote team management.
