About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead E-commerce Social Media Manager to direct their fully remote marketing efforts. This senior role is responsible for defining and executing the overall social media strategy for their growing e-commerce business, driving significant improvements in brand engagement, customer acquisition, and online sales. You will lead a team (or work independently with external partners), develop innovative campaigns, and leverage deep analytics to ensure maximum impact and ROI. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's e-commerce objectives and brand vision.

Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in social media marketing , with a strong focus on e-commerce and demonstrable leadership success.
- Proven track record of developing and executing highly successful social media strategies that drive substantial business growth.
- Expert knowledge of social media analytics, advertising platforms, content management systems, and ROI analysis.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets and working with cross-functional teams.
