Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for educational technology integration across the institution.
• Provide technical support, training, and professional development to faculty and staff on leveraging learning technologies.
• Evaluate, recommend, and pilot new educational technologies to enhance teaching and learning effectiveness.
• Manage the deployment and maintenance of key learning management systems and related platforms.
• Collaborate with IT services, academic departments, and instructional designers to ensure seamless technology integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to educational software and hardware promptly.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in educational technology, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
• Demonstrated expertise in learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard) and other educational software.
• Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and how technology can support them.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train diverse user groups.
• Experience with project management and strategic planning in a technology context.
