Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the electrical design process from concept to completion, ensuring technical integrity and project success.
• Develop and maintain detailed electrical schematics , control panel layouts, and wiring diagrams.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively in a remote setting.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for electrical designs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, and sales teams to ensure seamless product integration and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their technical growth and development.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in electrical design and engineering, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• Expertise in industry-standard design software like SolidWorks Electrical and EPLAN.
• Deep understanding of PLC programming, VFDs, and industrial automation principles.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a distributed team effectively.
