Key Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical design process for complex projects, from initial concept through detailed design, verification, and validation.
- Develop and implement electrical architecture and system designs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers, providing technical direction, performance feedback, and professional development support.
- Oversee component selection , vendor management, and ensure compliance with international standards and customer specifications.
- Conduct rigorous design reviews, risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve design methodologies and product offerings.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in electrical design and engineering, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
- In-depth knowledge of analog and digital circuit design , power electronics, and embedded systems.
- Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink) and schematic capture software.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
