Key Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design process for complex projects, from initial concept through detailed design, verification, and validation.
• Develop and implement electrical architecture and system designs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers, providing technical direction, performance feedback, and professional development support.
• Oversee component selection , vendor management, and ensure compliance with international standards and customer specifications.
• Conduct rigorous design reviews, risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve design methodologies and product offerings.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in electrical design and engineering, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• In-depth knowledge of analog and digital circuit design , power electronics, and embedded systems.
• Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink) and schematic capture software.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
