Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design and development of complex electrical systems and solutions for a diverse range of applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a distributed team of electrical engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Define and implement best practices for electrical engineering, ensuring scalability, reliability, and safety of all designs.
• Conduct in-depth reviews of technical documentation, schematics, and proposals to ensure accuracy and adherence to requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with remote project management, software development, and hardware teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical components.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in electrical engineering, with a significant portion in a lead or principal engineering role.
• Demonstrated expertise in power electronics , digital and analog circuit design, and embedded systems.
• Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale electrical engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of leading remote teams effectively.
• Familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink) and schematic capture software.
