Key Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design and engineering for renewable energy projects, including grid connection strategies and power systems.
• Develop detailed system architectures, single-line diagrams, and specifications for electrical infrastructure.
• Oversee the selection and procurement of key electrical equipment, such as inverters, transformers, and switchgear.
• Conduct thorough electrical analysis, including fault studies, power quality assessments, and protection coordination.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and technical risks associated with electrical systems.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, and regulatory bodies to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in power systems or renewable energy.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in the design and engineering of large-scale electrical systems, particularly in the renewable energy sector.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and manage complex projects in a remote capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of power systems analysis , protection schemes, and grid integration standards.
• Proficiency with simulation software (e.g., PSS/E, ETAP) and electrical design tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
