Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage electrical engineering projects from inception through to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and direction to a team of electrical engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Develop and implement innovative electrical design solutions for complex industrial applications, adhering to stringent quality and safety standards.
- Oversee the creation and validation of electrical schematics, control system designs, and system integration plans .
- Perform advanced electrical system analysis , including load calculations, fault current studies, and protection coordination.
- Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and to build strong professional relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering .
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in electrical engineering, with a significant portion in a lead or supervisory role .
- Demonstrated expertise in industrial power systems, control systems, and automation technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant UK and international electrical engineering codes and standards.
- Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design and schematic generation, alongside simulation tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills, with a proven ability to motivate teams and manage complex projects effectively.
