Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and direction to the electrical engineering team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale electrical engineering projects.
• Expert knowledge of electrical design principles, power distribution, and control systems.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
