Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of electrical engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Oversee the end-to-end design and implementation of complex electrical systems, from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain robust electrical engineering standards, processes, and best practices across the organization.
- Conduct in-depth technical reviews, design validation , and risk assessments for critical electrical systems.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, product management, and other engineering leads to define strategic technical roadmaps.
- Drive innovation by exploring and implementing new technologies and methodologies in electrical design and systems engineering.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Ph.D. is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Expertise in a wide range of electrical engineering domains, including power systems , control systems, and instrumentation.
- Strong experience with simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, ANSYS) and schematic capture software.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, crucial for a remote leadership role.
