Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers, providing mentorship and technical direction.
- Oversee the entire electrical design process for major projects from conception through to completion.
- Develop and implement strategic electrical engineering plans and roadmaps.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
- Review and approve electrical designs, calculations, and technical documentation produced by the team.
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to align electrical strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Over 10 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in power distribution, high-voltage systems, and complex control architectures.
- Proven ability to manage engineering projects and teams effectively.
- Excellent understanding of project management principles and risk assessment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
