Key Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical engineering team, providing technical direction, mentorship, and performance management.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering .
• Significant experience (8+ years) in electrical engineering design and project leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in managing engineering teams and projects.
• Expert knowledge of electrical system design principles , power distribution, and control systems.
• Proficiency in relevant design and simulation software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
