About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers, providing technical expertise and fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Extensive experience in system architecture, design, and implementation for large-scale projects.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate engineering teams in a remote setting.
