Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of electrical engineering projects, from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop and implement electrical engineering strategies, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with other department heads to align electrical engineering efforts with overall business objectives.
• Review and approve electrical designs, calculations, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Significant experience (7+ years) in electrical engineering, with proven leadership or team lead responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of electrical system design, power systems, control systems, and automation.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model in Portsmouth .
