Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and direction for all electrical engineering activities within the organization.
• Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance standards.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale electrical infrastructure projects.
• Develop and implement innovative design solutions that optimize performance, cost-effectiveness, and safety.
• Ensure all designs and installations meet stringent UK and international electrical standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in a senior or lead electrical engineering role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of high-voltage systems , renewable energy integration, and control systems design.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing engineering teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and advanced simulation tools.
• Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
