Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a proven track record in leading design projects.
• Expertise in power electronics , digital signal processing, and control systems design.
• Demonstrated experience with complex schematic capture, PCB layout, and embedded system development.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and manage remote engineering teams effectively.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
