Lead Electrical Engineer

About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to spearhead their electrical engineering initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and execution of complex electrical projects, mentoring a team of engineers, and ensuring the highest standards of technical delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical engineering team in the design, development, and testing of electrical systems and components.
• Develop and implement engineering standards and best practices across all projects.
• Oversee the technical aspects of project lifecycles, from conception to completion.
• Provide expert technical consultation and support to project teams and stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external consultants.
• Conduct performance reviews and foster professional growth within the engineering team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Proven track record of at least 8 years in electrical engineering, with significant leadership experience.
• Extensive knowledge of power electronics , embedded systems, and control theory.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
