Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers, overseeing project execution from conception to completion.
- Develop and refine electrical system designs, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical reviews for new product development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineering, software development, and manufacturing.
- Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and industry best practices in electrical engineering.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in power systems, analog and digital circuit design, and PCB layout.
- Proficiency with industry-standard electrical design and simulation software.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
