Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers, overseeing project execution from conception to completion.
• Develop and refine electrical system designs, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical reviews for new product development initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineering, software development, and manufacturing.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in power systems, analog and digital circuit design, and PCB layout.
• Proficiency with industry-standard electrical design and simulation software.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
