You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of engineering quality and efficiency, while also mentoring and developing a team of talented engineers. Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and direction for all electrical engineering projects.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems from concept to completion.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct in-depth design reviews, risk assessments, and quality assurance checks.
Develop and implement best practices, standards, and procedures for the electrical engineering team.
Mentor, coach, and develop a team of electrical engineers, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements

MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field; professional chartered status preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with significant experience in a leadership role.
Demonstrated expertise in complex electrical system design, power systems, and control technologies.
Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of project management principles and risk mitigation strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
