Key Responsibilities
- Define and document the overall architecture for electrical systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Develop and maintain electrical system roadmaps, identifying key technologies and design patterns.
- Lead the design process for critical electrical components and subsystems, from high-level conceptualization to detailed specifications.
- Collaborate closely with hardware, software, and systems engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and cross-functional alignment.
- Establish and enforce electrical design standards, best practices, and documentation guidelines.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to electrical engineering teams, fostering innovation and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in electrical system design and architecture, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
- Deep understanding of system-level design, power distribution, embedded systems, and control theory.
- Expertise in modeling and simulation tools for complex electrical systems.
- Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation and system validation methodologies.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills for remote team management.
