Key Responsibilities
- Define and architect the high-level design of sophisticated electrical systems, ensuring scalability and robustness.

- Oversee the development lifecycle of electrical components and subsystems, from concept to production.
- Establish and enforce best practices for electrical design, simulation, testing, and validation.

Requirements
- PhD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related advanced technical discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical system design and engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in areas such as high-frequency design, power integrity, mixed-signal systems, or embedded systems architecture.
- Proven ability to architect and deliver complex, mission-critical electrical systems.
- Experience with advanced simulation tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills for effective remote team management.
