About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Electrical Systems Engineer to spearhead their electrical engineering initiatives in Birmingham . Key Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design process from concept to commissioning, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

• Oversee the creation of detailed design documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in electrical system design and engineering leadership.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate engineering teams effectively.
• Deep understanding of electrical system design principles, including power systems, control systems, and instrumentation.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
