Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and direction for the electrical engineering team, managing project timelines and resources effectively.
- Develop and implement innovative electrical system designs, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the testing, commissioning, and validation of electrical systems, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of electrical engineering initiatives and new technology adoption.
- Review and approve electrical designs, calculations, and documentation produced by the team, ensuring high-quality output.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and internal departments, to ensure project success.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Significant experience (8+ years) in electrical systems engineering, with a proven track record in a leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of power electronics , control systems, and automation technologies.
- Expertise in relevant design software and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice).
- Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
