Lead Electronics Engineer Requirements:
Strong background in electronic hardware design and product development Experience leading complex product, platform or subsystem development programmes Proven experience with analogue, digital and mixed-signal electronics Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through challenging technical problemsLead Electronics Engineer Additional Skills of Interest:
Start-up experience Aerospace, defence, missile, radar, UAV or space industry experience FPGA-based systems experience RF electronics or signal processing hardware knowledge Environmental and EMC qualification experience Embedded software skills for board bring-up and debugging
