Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of embedded hardware and firmware solutions for new products.
• Oversee the implementation of real-time operating systems (RTOS), device drivers, and firmware.
• Define embedded system requirements, specifications, and test plans.
• Mentor and guide a team of embedded engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, mechanical, product management) to ensure seamless product integration.
• Stay current with emerging embedded technologies and best practices, driving innovation within the team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in embedded systems development, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems and experience with RTOS.
• Expertise in embedded hardware design, microcontrollers, FPGAs, and communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART).
• Proven experience in leading remote engineering teams and managing project lifecycles.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
