Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and testing of embedded software and firmware for new hardware platforms.
• Architect and implement robust, scalable, and efficient embedded systems solutions.
• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers to define system requirements and interfaces.
• Mentor and guide a team of embedded software engineers, fostering best practices and code quality.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for embedded systems designs and firmware.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware and software integration issues and provide timely solutions.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in embedded systems development, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior technical role.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded applications.
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded Linux.
• Knowledge of hardware/software co-design, debugging tools (e.g., JTAG, oscilloscopes), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing technical projects.
