About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of embedded hardware and firmware solutions for new product introductions.
• Define system requirements, architecture, and software specifications for embedded systems.
• Oversee and contribute to the coding of firmware in C/C++ and other relevant languages, focusing on efficiency and reliability.
• Implement and manage rigorous testing procedures, including unit testing, integration testing, and system validation.
• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, software developers, and product managers across geographically dispersed teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex firmware and hardware integration issues, ensuring product stability and performance in a remote setting .

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of professional experience in embedded systems development, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior capacity.
• Expertise in microcontroller architecture (e.g., ARM, RISC-V), real-time operating systems (RTOS), and embedded C/C++.
• Strong proficiency in debugging tools, JTAG, and logic analyzers.
• Experience with various communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART, USB, and Ethernet.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers effectively within a remote work environment .
