Lead Fire Safety Remediation PM – High-Rise Housing

Hill & Hill Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a medium-sized residential contractor to lead a programme of works focused on fire safety remediation for high-rise residential projects in London.

The role requires deep knowledge of external and internal remediation: cladding, drylining, compartmentation, fire stopping, and related M&E services, with a strong grasp of the Building Safety Regulator (BSR), Building Safety Act, Golden Thread and Gateway requirements.
