Lead Fitness & Group Exercise Manager

Village Hotel Club Aberdeen is seeking a proactive fitness operations lead to oversee the leisure club team and ensure exceptional member experiences. You will guide freelance group exercise staff, deliver engaging classes, and uphold the club’s standards on service, safety and member satisfaction.

You will coordinate group exercise schedules, coach on the gym floor, and drive a culture of continuous improvement across fitness offerings and personal training.
