Lead Food Manager - Drive Store Performance & Team

Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Newbury is seeking a Lead Food Manager to head a small team and oversee the grocery shop floor in one of our stores. You’ll lead trading events with the store leadership team and take accountability for the store in the manager's absence, delivering strong performance and excellent customer experience.
