Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable, and maintainable frontend applications using React.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level frontend developers, providing technical direction and fostering best practices.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement robust state management solutions and ensure high code quality through thorough testing and code reviews.
- Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance the user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 6+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with at least 3 years focused on React.
- Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend build tools.
- Strong understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and component-based architecture.
- Experience with performance optimization techniques and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor a team.
