Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex frontend architectures using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
- Oversee and contribute to the development of reusable components and frontend libraries.
- Mentor and guide frontend developers, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions across all devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues, maintaining high standards of code quality and stability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with deep knowledge of at least one major frontend framework.
- Proven experience in building responsive, accessible, and performant web applications.
- Strong understanding of state management, build tools, and modern frontend workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress) is highly desirable.
