About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Frontend Developer to spearhead their front-end development efforts in Coventry . You will be instrumental in architecting and implementing the user interface for our cutting-edge web applications, ensuring a seamless, performant, and engaging user experience. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex, responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level frontend developers, providing technical leadership and support.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional frontend development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Deep expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and at least one major frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Proven experience in building and maintaining large-scale, performance-optimized web applications.
• Familiarity with state management libraries, build tools (Webpack, Babel), and version control systems (Git).
• Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
