Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and responsive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
- Mentor and guide a team of frontend engineers, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate design concepts into functional and engaging user experiences.
- Define and enforce frontend architecture standards, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and reusability.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical feedback, and champion continuous improvement within the frontend team.
- Stay abreast of emerging frontend technologies and trends, evaluating their potential adoption.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in frontend development , with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js .
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques, accessibility standards, and web security best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to lead remote teams effectively.
