About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Full-Stack Developer to spearhead the development of their e-commerce platform in Coventry . Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in full-stack web development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end languages (Node.js, Python, or Java).
• Strong experience with database design and management (SQL and NoSQL).
• Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
