About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to join their fully remote engineering team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance web applications using modern full stack development frameworks.
• Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices in coding standards, testing, and deployment.
• Develop robust backend APIs and services, alongside dynamic and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Drive technical excellence and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the engineering team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior architect role.
• Strong proficiency in both front-end (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, .NET) technologies.
• Experience designing and managing relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage remote teams effectively.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps principles.
