About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to join their fully remote engineering team. This pivotal role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated web applications from concept to production, utilizing a modern technology stack. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance web applications using modern full stack development frameworks.
- Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices in coding standards, testing, and deployment.
- Develop robust backend APIs and services, alongside dynamic and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Drive technical excellence and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the engineering team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior architect role.
- Strong proficiency in both front-end (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, .NET) technologies.
- Experience designing and managing relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage remote teams effectively.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps principles.
