Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Architect and develop scalable, secure, and efficient full stack applications using modern technologies.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment across the development team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in full stack development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
