Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.
- Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable web applications across the full stack.
- Oversee architectural decisions, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, championing code quality, testing strategies, and development standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across the entire application lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (7+ years) as a Full Stack Developer, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, C#).
- Strong experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and API design principles.
- Demonstrated experience in leading development teams and managing project timelines.
- Excellent understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
