Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers , fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Architect, develop, and deploy robust backend services and interactive frontend applications using cutting-edge technologies.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from conception and design to implementation and deployment.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translate them into intuitive user interfaces.
- Champion best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical plans.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in full stack development , with a significant portion in a lead or senior capacity.
- Deep expertise in frontend technologies such as React , Angular , or Vue.js , and backend technologies like Node.js , Python , or Java .
- Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of database systems, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
- Demonstrated experience with cloud environments (e.g., AWS ) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
