Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Architect, design, and implement robust and scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end layers.
• Define and enforce coding standards, development best practices, and testing methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring successful project completion.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and drive innovation within the development team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lead Developer or in a similar senior technical leadership role.
• Extensive experience in both front-end (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java) development.
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
