Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack web applications, overseeing both front-end and back-end components.

• Define and enforce coding standards, development methodologies, and quality assurance processes.
• Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions, making key technical decisions for projects in Newcastle upon Tyne .

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior developer role .
• Expertise in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, C#).
• Deep understanding of database design and management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and API development (RESTful, GraphQL).
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
